- Drive to Nanyuki (≈ 4–4.5 hours depending on traffic & stopovers).
- 10:30 AM – Arrive at Ngare Ndare Forest
  
  Registration & meet ranger.
- 11:00 AM – Guided forest walk + Canopy Walkway (≈ 1.5 hours).
- 12:30 PM – Waterfall & Blue Pools (swim & picnic lunch) (≈ 2 hours).
- 03:00 PM – Optional visit: Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy (≈ 1.5 hours).
